Batteries:

Currently only household batteries and CFL lightbulbs can be dropped off at the Inland Township Offices. This is provided to Inland Township Residents by the Benzie County Solid Waste Department. This is available during regular business hours.

American Flags:

This service is provided by local Boy Scout Troop 105 in Lake Ann, MI. A container is available at the Inland Township Offices for the disposal of retired American Flags during regular business hours.

There are also three local Hazardous Waste Recycling dates for Benzie County residents.

Recycling of all items is free to Inland Township Residents. Quantities are limited to 150 lbs. or less. A $5.00 fee for older TVs and computer monitors may be charged and  accepted items  are subject to change.
